E+H FMR53-BBACCACARGJ+AIPB: A dust/steam resistant radar level gauge designed for harsh industrial level measurement. Utilizing FMCW radar technology with a measuring range of 0-20m and ±5mm accuracy, it penetrates dust, steam, and volatile vapors to measure liquid or solid levels without contact. The compact body (210×80×105mm) features a PTFE-coated antenna for anti-adhesion and corrosion resistance, operating at -40~150℃ and 25 bar process pressure. Equipped with advanced signal processing algorithms to suppress interference from tank internals (e.g., agitators, baffles), it supports 4-20mA HART and WirelessHART communication for flexible integration. The IP67 protection rating and explosion-proof certification (IECEx) make it suitable for chemical tanks, boilers, and solid storage silos in oil & gas, mining, and power generation industries.
